About me
My name is Francis and I studied game design at the Breda University of Applied Sciences. I am fond of system design & balancing, and I know my way around Excel very well. I also have a knack for finding small imperfections, which when addressed, can elevate features from good to great.

These are some of the things I work(ed) on at KING Art Games:
- The Iron Harvest liveteam for which I did balancing, content creation & system design.
- The Iron Harvest PS5 and Xbox versions for which I was end responsible for the player experience. I worked closely with the creative director, the UI artist, and the programmers to adjust a mouse and keyboard oriented game in such a way that it works with a controller without diminishing the experience.
- The Iron Harvest Worldmap expansion for which I did game design, system design, and balancing.
- And lastly, I am currently working on an unnannounced realtime strategy game. I do design work in key areas, such as the combat system and economy. I am also the main responsible person for the game's balancing.
